Documents necessary for account opening
Legal entities (corporate):
1) Application for account opening (given by bank),
2) Signatures sample certified by notary (2 samples for each account) – special blank is given by bank,
3) Charter certified by notary,
4) Certificate about state registration from the Ministry of Justice certified by notary,
5) Original of Certificate-duplicate from the relevant Tax Management (for each account),
6) Agreement on incorporation certified by notary (if there are several founders),
7) Order or protocol on appointment of director, chief accountant and cashier (treasurer),
8) Contract (given by bank).
Entrepreneurs:
1) Personality identification document,
2) INTP – notification for the bank,
3) Application for account opening (given by bank)
4) Signatures sample (given by bank).
Individuals:
1) Personality identification document,
